Custemize a template?!

Hey,

i got a little problem .. i have finally build up my joomla page and want to make a same looking smf theme.. but i dont realxy know how everything works so my question is:

1. is there any same looking theme?
2. is there anyone who could make me one (i would set up your banner on my two pages)

its not exact same but have you looked at Overview by Bikken im sure you could modify the images to suit your site

A similar question...

where do I go to find skins?
I currently use  rhuk_milkyway (slightly modified) on Joomla, and would like something similar.

I used invisionfree before, and that had a panel where you could mess with the code and see what happened...is there such a thing here?

I'd like to add my logo, change the colors, get rid of the SMF logo in the right top (sorry guys, it's nice, but it just doesn't fit)... etc.
