Notify feature stopped working

Our email is working when sending emails for new accounts or when sending messages, but users are not receiving the "Notify" emails.  I was on 1.14 and just upgraded to 1.15, but we are still not receiving notify messages.  Any suggestions?

Hello Aporter, welcome :)

Have those users enabled notification for topics they post replies to?
The Administrator can turn on this feature for all users.

In the Admin CP -> Themes and Layout -> Reset options tab -> Forum theme (Reset all members' current options for this theme) -> From the drop down box ->

Select Change and check "Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic."
Scroll to the bottom and apply changes by clicking "Save".

See if that solves the problem ;)

Strange that you receive all but notify e-mails, is this still the case.  Of the users not receiving their notify e-mails, what e-mail addresses are they using.  Any common factor, I can only think of somewhere from your host to theirs the notify e-mails are being blacklisted or junked.  Have they checked their junk mail folders?

Was it ever working, and if so when and what changed from when it was to wasn't?
