transfering posts and members from an online forum host

is there a fast and easy way or anyway for that matter to transfer from an on-line forum host like lefora to smf?

sorry, but lefora seems to be a hosted only solution. Our converters need direct database access in order to work. Without access to the database it's impossible to write a converter.
