Individual Feed (a boost to social networking)

In my quest to make social networking more than just status updates and relationships, I want to see a feed for each member. Obviously that feed would be configurable by the user and the admin. It should have options to display changes to your profile and posts you have made. Most importantly I would like to see it say posts that you have made (including topics, polls, votes, etc). Then give the user a url to the feed so an aggregator can pull that info and give people a better picture of what the user is doing.
