I have a serious problem. My Google AdSense account is approved but I'm not able to integrate code for ads in my smf (1.1.6).

I tried to install ad management mod but it has no effect on my smf. It is installed correctly because I have made manually check and everything was just like it should be. Except it don't appears ads button in my admin panel (Options and Settings). For several days i asked for help in supporting topic for that mod but nobody didn't know or didn't want to help me.

Now I'm wondering is it possible to integrate my Google AdSense code in smf without this mod?
I want that my ads are in this place:

Also I want that my ads are visible on every page on that place.

If it is not problem I would also like that when people post that here appears google ads:

Please somebody help me because I'm desperate. :'(

Ad Management (and most mods for that fact) only install on the smf default core theme. For other themes you need to manually install the mod onto it.

Also remember that there is a setting in it that (IIRC admins have ads disabled by default).

Yes I know... The default core is only I use. :(

I done even this manual install but it has no effect.

Maybe because in my file ./Default/Display.template.php when i need to do the third chande there is no } after </td></tr>';

I solve this problem by installing mod Global Headers and Footers. Then I just put my google adsense code in headers and everything works just fine.
