How to change the User Help in my forum

I want to change to suite our forum, and to break language barrier.

The help text for the help area is located in the '{smf install}/themes/default/languages/Help.{language}.php' files.

There should be one for every language that is installed, if you want to make it better for multiple languages then you should download the languages that you wish to add and install them. That will work best because they should already contain the help translations for the languages that you want. If you wish to change the explanations, then you can do it by editing the '{smf install}/themes/default/languages/Help.{language}.php' file.
