Hole in php ? (ASAP) please

I just think I have been hit, when loading up the board ( at my site) as the board was loading.. it went blank,, then all the graphics where gone, as the board was starting to come back up but mostly without the graphics... they slowly started coming back little by little.. Then started to  received porn ad's .. sypware was just installed.. 
which was  "slagent"

It has  been removed, and I am clean once again,

I have seem this happen before to the board,( with it going white, and loosing graphics, and slow loading pages.
but did not put two and two together until now.
and how can I stop this type of attack on my board?

Would I have some files from mods or from the board, that I did not remove that should have been?

Sounds like it was your browser that was affected not your board.

yes I think it was.. it just happend when I loaded up the page..

I asked and it did not happen to anyone else.. Whew

How do you know for sure if you have the files you should removed gone?
