Bad user conversion phpbb3 to smf 1.1.5

Well I've just converted from phpbb 3.0.2 and some users (including the admin) doesn't not converted, and I cannot enter to the forum.
Can someone help me?

are they not converted or is it only a login problem? have you checked calling their profile by typing something like this: http://www.yourforum.com/index.php?action=profile;u=73029
(change the ID 73029 to the old phpBB3 ID from this user)

if the account is converted, but you cannot login, it is possible a problem with the password encryption:

have you seen any errors while converting your forum?

I had the same problem.. all my users are omitted.  I had errors at the poll options (which the installer crapped out after).  And i had to fix the login of the admin, but still no users.
