[Help] Upgrading 1.16 to 2.0 Beta 4

Hey guys, i am having massive difficulties upgrading to the 2.0 Beta 4 version,
I have uploaded all my files, and started the upgrade.
It goes through the first few steps fine, until it gets upto step 4, where i have a Internal Server Error, someone help plz

Sigh, to late now, deleted my whole message board, and ftp, mysql, etc. and re-uploading a new patch

Always ensure you have a backup at any time really. IDeally try out your upgrading on a test board especially when you remember your moving to a beta release.
