How do I make my posts \'Sticky\'?

How do I make my posts 'Sticky' so they stay at the top AND they stay in BOLD letters just like on this forum?

You go into a topic and click 'Set Topic Sticky' it will then be stickied. You may have to modify the post in the topic and then click Additional Options and then you can sticky it from there.

remember you can only do this if you have the right permissions set to do this, regular members will not be able to set topic as sticky, cos if that was the case there would be loads set at that.

But if you have the permission like Relemar says, look at additional options, also if you forget to set it to sticky you can do it again by clicking on post and then look in bottom left corner below post and you will see some tabs, on there will be set topic as sticky.
