Duplication Process - My board

I'm looking to create two boards

www.domain.com will be my working board - already working
dev.domain.com will be my development model

How can I move my www.domain.com [nofollow] board incl database to dev.domain.com [nofollow] - are there any quick duplication tips?

You will have to:
1) Copy the SMF tables into another database.
2) Copy the SMF files into the new folder.
3) Run the 'repair_settings.php' file. Warning! You will have to make sure that every setting is correct (theme/image paths and database settings), otherwise it might edit things from your other SMF install.
What is repair_settings.php?

That will be much easier if they are both on the same server, which I suspect they will be.
