Pictures Don't Scale Down

Some big pictures don't scale down to the values set in Admin - Features and Options - Options. Some do.

This pic scales down:

To reproduce the bug, wrap the above URLs around by [img ][ /img] tags. Works on this forum as well.

Since they are remote images, we are depending on headers and other information to guess the size of the image really. It is hard to tell if an image is over size when we do not have local access and must request that image. Which not all hosts support and some hosts will have issues with doing this causing the forum not not load.
