One more quick question...  When there is a new post in the forum, the icon or image is messed up and shows a box with an "X" and the word New.  Has anyone found where to fix that?

Well I don't use this theme but looking at it, the image should work, in your Ps_Black directory go into images do you see on.gif, If you are on Internet explorer right click where the image should be click properties and the image url should look like this http://www.yoursite.com/Themes/Ps_Black/images/on.gif If it shows anything else attach Boardindex.template.php
