Bullet Points Line Returns

After inserting a bullet point like so

Line spacing is not correct.

Hmm...
At least it isn't on my board... but it is on this one...

I seem to remember a bug about this. I believe it had to do with css. I can't remember the details or any other information about this bug. I believe this may of been fixed for 2.0 Beta 4, but I could be wrong.
