You mean the one at the top? It is in the index.template.php file. You can change the 'action' attribute for the 'form' tag to point to the Google.

As [SiNaN] said, you should be able to edit/replace the code of SMF's searchbox with the searchbox code that you can do a search for (search for 'google search box' on google).

If you work out which code you want, and post your '/Themes/{themename}/index.template.php' file as an attachment (see the 'additional options' section when you post), then I should be able to help you make those edits.
