Posting Videos in SMF

I love SMF! I have setup my forum here: hxxp:www.chokeboard.com [nonactive] - It is so far above anything I've used before.

I would like to be able to post video clips (not just embed them from youtube, etc.). I can't seem to do it by embedding flash (I think this is just for SMF - not for video clips) - There is the video-gallery mod, but it's not fitting quite right yet.  Is there a way for me to just post videos and allow users to comment on them, even if I need to host the video on my website and then embed them somehow.

(I can't just have youtube et al. host the videos because many of them are only for my users - not to be made public)

Ideas guys?
