Message icons - only smiley showing

I was using the default theme and it was on, but since I changed to Christmas2006 theme,
I noticed the change.

Oh... Ok, I see now... Your BBC is turned off.

Go to:

Admin > Posts and Topics > Bulletin Board Code

Make sure the following are selected:

Enable bulletin board code (BBC)

Automatically link posted URLs

Select all tags

Then hit save.
