I use "Lists" quite a bit. On the actual SMF board, I notice there are two kinds of buttons for lists. However, they both show the same tooltip ("Insert List"), which is kind of confusing. As I expected, one is "plain bullets" and the other is "numbered bullets".

BTW, if this is something that would be appropriate to fix, would it be possible for me to submit the (presumbably trivial) patch? I think it would be "way cool" to be an actual SMF developer.  8)

I don't see this as a bug. The tooltip is accurate to what it does. It inserts a list.

Agreed.

I hesitated to use the "Bug Reports" board, and IIRC I didn't use the word "bug" to describe what I found to be slightly confusing ... two buttons with the exact same tooltip.

I suppose I could repost as a "Feature Request", or perhaps "SMF Feedback and Discussion"?

Or one of us can move to "Fixed or Bogus" board.

BTW: I don't understand your SleePy signature .... sleep? ... sheep? .... unique?

Perhaps the equivalent of something like:

Whlie not asleep, count sheep   ?
