SMF mods, why did you ban Gri ?

All I can say is wow... after I get spam bots galore and then spam bots who can bypass email activation I then get this banned? smf forum user wanting to take over my site showing me links to here and stuff and then after I deny admin privelidges to Gri I get a spam bot that is posting virus links.

Just do a search for him. You will see his actions on this site and probably draw a conclusion as to why he was banned from this site.

The posts you have there don't look much different than the ones he made here.

Did Gri post any bad links to pron or virus ?

The spammers I have had recently, all share the same ip traces as Gri.

Well, I don't recall any links to such content, sorry. But, if the IP's are the same I'm thinking there's a good chance Gri is posting those links.

The reason had nothing to do with spamming. It is most likely a coincidence as recently SMF has been targeted by spammers.

I'm locking this topic because ultimately the reason he was banned is between the staff and him, and isn't up for discussion.
