Whats the best CMS in your opinion? (Free also)
And also, it has to be "bridgable".
Thanks.

RustyBarnacle

I like TP because it doesn't need to be bridged.  It was designed for SMF.

MK Portal has a slicker look to it but I found it a real hassle to install.

Well I got 1.1.7 so I don't think I can use TinyPortal.
And whats MK?

RustyBarnacle

I use TP on a few 1.1.7 boards.

I don't know what MK stands for but thats its name.

If you want simple and functional portal  (a lot of functions rly, super) for 1.1.7 you install TP.

see mine for example  http://www.kamenos.gr/forum/

But if you want a BEAUTIFUL cms you go for joomla. It has a lot of hard work and needs a lot of knowledge to brige it with jfusion but oh man it is beautiful.
Always looking for the best

Why not just use Mambo? It's the "parent" of Joomla! (J! forked from Mambo) so will be familiar to those with experience in that, and Mambo has a supported bridge that we provide.
