Plz help me i am getting error when installing package in smf

Hi smf Mods & admin, i created an forum with zymic account and when i tried to install the smf package it showed ""Sorry, your PHP configuration doesn't have support for zlib. Without this, the package manager cannot function. Please contact your host about this for more information.""

Please help me to over come this problem on my forum

make the packages folder Writable, ask your host to do so

I Had already once hosted the smf beta 4 but that time no problem was there and i have 777 chom  on that package folders and i also get errors on themes folder

hi admins or mods can u please any one say webhosting service that gives free forum hosting with zlibs enabled for free please, i have another question it is good to use smf1.17 or smf2.0 beta 4 please help me

Have you tried manually installing the mod?

SMF uses the results of function_exists('gzinflate'); to determine whether or not zlib is installed. That error means PHP is saying that function doesn't exist. Double-check your PHP configuration.
Can you provide a phpinfo().php (What is phpinfo.php?) sheet?

I may have overlooked it but I do not see zlib mentioned anywhere in your config.

I am not a pro by any means but I would have to say that by looking at those you more than likely will not be able to use the package manager in either of these host.

/me* If I am wrong someone please correct me here.

I posted the screenshot so that you would know what to look for in the future. You can see in the screenshot where the zlib is listed.
