i need it for another post and problem i have
but i can find it ,its not in sources any idea

In 2.x its been changed.

ah ok so thats in sources right
well the problem is the i have
Fatal error: Function name must be a string in /home2/madhac/public_html/site/smf/Sources/Load.php on line 153

on my forum, the person helping me said to give him a  copy of my modsettings.php
so will managsettings.php work also

You will need to go back to that topic and confirm which file is needed. Since you are using SMF 2.0, it will most likely be ManageSettings.english.php as mentioned earlier.
