Ignore User Fonts

Today, I had a user contact me and inform me that they were having trouble reading another user's posts, because they were using a very light font color.  So I looked around to see if there was some way to enable this user to just view these post in either plain text, or to override the font and color settings, and I didn't find anything.

I'm wondering what it would take to make something like that happen?  Basically, a setting where you could specify a list of users whose custom font and color tags to ignore, so that the posts were displayed in the default font, or even better, allowing those posts to be overriden with a different font and color setting.

Would this be possible, and where would I even start?

adding ;imode or ;wap2 to the end of the url will make it appear in mobile version.
(and is almost completely free of style elements other than the text)
