Social Bookmard Mod for SMF 1.1.8?

Hello, I need a mod that has popular social bookmarking inside the posts. You know to places like facebook, myspace, etc. etc.

If not can there be a mod created that allow you to DIGG IT on any post? Traffic generation is of the necessity..does that make sense?

You can see an example of what I getting at inside the Main Site. I am using JOOMLA and they have the extensions available.. I have social bookmarking, with digg it on every article I write on my main page, I would be nice to see something similar for the forums..if it's at all possible..thanks..
