Recent Topics is a mod that integrates a block with the latest topics and replies.
           The options of this mod are in: Admin -> Adk Recent Topics
           Inside his administration he was finding several options to make the mod only and to his style.

Configuration:
Enable/Disable mod.
Number of posts to show.
Select location (Top - Bottom)
Select content (Topics - Topics+Replies)
Select where show (Index - Index+Topics+Messages)
Disable Recent Posts in Info Center.

Design:
Change Background Color of title.
Change Font Color of title.
Change the title shadow type (Font Light - Font Dark)
Change background color block.
Change background image block.
Change Color border of block.
Change the width of the border (1px - 2px - 3px - 4px - 5px)
Select type of link (The main topic - To the late reply)
Hide author in block.
Hide forum in block.
Hide date in block.

Its a very nice and customizable mod! Is there any way to put it above information center (bottom) on index page?

Sorry, You misunderstand me:
i meant  put it directly above information center (which is at bottom).
If i choose top, the recent topics will be on top, not on the bottom, above the information center.
If i choose bottom, its below the information center and really its at the bottom of the page.
