Strange: Image Attachments only Showing For Some Guests and Moderators

This is a strange one...I have all my permissions set to ALLOW image attachments...but only one of my global moderators can't see then.

I sent a Tweet on Twitter, and half of the random replies CAN'T see them while the other half CAN.

Guests DO have permission to view attachments.

Any idea as to what is happening? Could this be a browswer issue?

Well, Misty looks kinda cute.

Obviously, the images are showing, for me.

These people who can and can't see them, is it restricted just to global mods? Can everyone else see them OK?

I see them fine as well.

EDIT: Just out of curiosity, I tried with different themes as well - and saw the pics regardless of the theme.
( Went through ?theme=1 to ?theme=9 )

2 of the guys who can't see them are global mods, and some were just random folks from Twitter.

I added global mods 2 weeks ago and didn't notice that the default "view attachments' was off. I changed it today, and they are claiming they still can't see the images. I told them to cleantheir cache...one guy did...he's a network admin, so he knows what he's doing...and he still can't see them.

So that is when I asked on Twitter. And about 40% can't see them.

Update...really nothing to add. Must be a bug...only thing I can guess.
