help with nav bar (Resolved )

some of my members (i guess with a smaller screen are saying that my buttons are running off the right side of the screen .. I do have allot of buttons and it looks fine to me but i use a wide screen .. anyway how can i fix the buttons to a second line on the nav bar??

in-fact I can do away with these two tabs (Tags, Contact )

contact I have uninstalled -not sure why the tab is still there..

tags I just wanted on the portal so i don't need that link ---

How can I remove these 2 tabs ??
