Help! I can't acess my admin section

I installed a forum and everything went perfectly, apart from a few files not uploading...now when I clik on the admin section this messages comes up:

Unable to load the 'admin_above' template.

I've searched my files and can't find anything with that name...can anyone help?

apart from a few files not uploading...

You'll need to try to get those files uploaded again.  Specifically, you're missing (part of?) "Admin.template.php" from Themes/default, and probably others.
