Urget Help!! I cant access my admin panel of my SMF - expert problem

I was setting up my DNS....
I transfered m domain to www.mobile11.uk.to
but its showing many errors...?

this is my site
www.mobile11.byethost22.com
www.mobile11.uk.to

there is no menu...
But when I try to go in the admin panel by link it shows this
"Unable to load Themes/default/Errors.template.php!"

Plzz plzz help

Try using repair_settings.php (What is repair_settings.php?)

I cant find repair_settings.php in the htdocs or in the root...
Plz tell exactly where it is located....

And someone told me that my problem is because language file are not loading. Will it b able to recover language files.,
(i dont want to lost my data)
