I installed the shoutbox package and this is what happened!!!

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare smfshout() (previously declared in /home/dax/public_html/symbian/Sources/Subs.php:1869) in /home/dax/public_html/symbian/Sources/Subs.php on line 1876


This is what it says when i try to open the site.........my site has been down for 5 min........please somebody help

when i opened the subs.php, it simply said hack attempt!!!

what should i do??

You've installed a mod twice.  Upload all the files from the upgrade package on the left.

No... they don't get overwritten when you upload the files again... they are all safe in your SQL Database that you created when you first installed the forum... (which you should backup every now and then BTW )
