I WANT THESE THINGS:-
1. I DID NOT FIND URL UPLOADING FEATURE IN 1.9.1 SMF. I MEAN TO SAY JUST AS ATTACHMENT DIRECT UPLOADING AND URL UPLOADING. THAT MEANS FETCHING DIRECT FILE LINK 4M OTHER SERVER TO SMF WITH PERMISSION TO ALL USERS OF FORUM.
2. SOME MORE RANKS FOR USERS AND ALLOWING ADM TO ADD CUSTOME RANK TO ANY USER.
3. BETTING FEATURE. BETTING ON ANY FOOTBALL/CRICKET MATCH IN TERMS OF USER POINTS THAT HE EARN BY PER POSTING IN THREADS.
4. FULLY CONTROLLED SHOUT BOX ON MAIN PAGE WITH FORMATTING/BANNING USER FOR SHOUTING FEATURE
5. ADD-ON FOR ATTACHMENT, SHOWING NUMBER OF HITS.
6. METHOD FOR CHANGING MAIN TITLE OF FORUM AND ALLOWING ADM TO CHANGE BANNER AND ADDING HIS OWN GIF BANNER.

While possible, many hosts block the ability to get things off remote URLs. If this feature was added, it probably wouldn't work on about 25% of hosting providers.

Already possible, just add more postcount-based groups. You can use normal groups to indicate special status. In fact, that is how we have the badges for our team and supporters display on this site.

3. BETTING FEATURE. BETTING ON ANY FOOTBALL/CRICKET MATCH IN TERMS OF USER POINTS THAT HE EARN BY PER POSTING IN THREADS.

Probably best as a modification, and those exist already.

This already exists, look at the attachment line of a post to see the number of views/downloads.

6. METHOD FOR CHANGING MAIN TITLE OF FORUM AND ALLOWING ADM TO CHANGE BANNER AND ADDING HIS OWN GIF BANNER.

Already exists. For changing the title, check "Server Settings". For banner, look at the theme settings.
