Connection problems

I'm not quite sure I understand. Does your host provide cpanel access? Who is your webmaster? Who is your host? What is the sound of one hand clapping?

I'm stuck in an infinite loop of the webhost blaming the webmaster and vice versa. What now?

Webhost is trying a reboot now. Let's see what happens.

was able to make a repair to the forum by going into the WHM , SQL, then finding the error log which must have been stuffed.  I emptied it from there.  I usually empty it from the Admin panel on the forum, but I couldn't get there. Thanks to everyone at SMF forums for the help and great suggestions. I probably will need them in the future as well.
