Google Adsense and SMF

Hey all I currently own a very popular website and have chosen to try SMF as the forums.

I have installed everything and the boards are up and running however never using SMF before its a real pain in the A$$ trying to locate where google adsense can be placed.

Ultimately I would like to remove the stock SMF logo in the global skin and place adsense code in that location, Can anyone tell me how I can accomplish this feat.

I would also like to upload our logo where the stock text is located on all pages as well I believe these two issue i have of concern would be in the header but SMF identifies differently than the other forums I am used too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

well i think its the least you can do is and leave smf logo cuz there the only true forum software with potentail and its free not like a snobby  vbulletin or ipb etc

Search for "google ads".  You're not the first (or even one of few) people to place the ads in that place.
