I am having a problem with my Ad mod.  All the ads show up when I am logged in (Admin) but not when my moderator or regular members are.  I have the default theme and SMF version 1.1.9.  I would like them to show upfor everyone.  I have all other themes disabled so there is no way for anyone to have any other theme. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? And I have ad mod 2.3.

I realised the hard way - trial and errors - that you have to add on the member's permission to view ads. Maybe that'll solve the problem for you as well. :)

Started out with a SMF-forum a couple of years ago went on to Dynamic web (read dynamic crap) and am now back in the land of Simple Machines.

Non, je ne regrette rien!

That was it.  The only one I couldn't do that for was the moderator, But I was not going to add that one anyway.  Thank you!

The (non global) moderator is a special case, it is a local moderator for the board he moderates, not overall, that's why it is not a membergroup in its own right. Instead, each moderator is actually a member of another group as well, so setting it for regular users (typically) will work as well for any member with moderation privileges.
To-do lists are for deferral. The more things you write down the later they're done... until you have 100s of lists of things you don't do.
