Weird text below textbox for new post

On the site of my guild, hxxp:tyriancohorts.110mb.com [nonactive], I keep getting a weird bunch of text below the post box, here is a picture:

I get it on all themes. I tried everything to remove it; and I can't solve it. What should i do?

NOTE: Site is active, host had downtime last few days.

Could that be a file missing php open/close tags?

Try uploading a new copy of Themes / default / GenericControls.template.php

Is the error fixed by uninstalling your Guild Wars bbcode mod?

Yes it is!
I'm gonna redownload the package and install it again. Maybe it'll work then.
