notes to mods on profiles

I can't believe this isn't a feature already, but if it is I can't find it.

I would like there to be a way that admins and moderators can leave remarks about members on the members profile.

For instance moderator jim sees a post by erwin where he is advertising so moderator jim looks on erwin's profile and sees that another moderator left a note on there saying that he had warned erwin about advertising two months ago.

Now as I am writing this I have visions of the smf mods laughing and thinking, if she only knew what we are reading about her right now!

With the new moderation system in SMF 2.0, you can see all the moderation actions of a user including notes added for that action.

Used to have it for phpbb loved it...
