Need Point System/Store/Account Upgrades Mod

First of all i want to say this

No i don't want that junk shop mod.

I am willing to pay for this mod if anyone is up for it. Here are some details. I will go more into details when you want the job.

The Point system will be like this. For every post you get a random amount of points ranging from 0.1 - 1 whole point. I have all the percentages ready, but i won't give them out now until you want the job.

Ok these points will be attached to a Points Store in which you can exchange them for paypal cash or an account upgrade. I want the point store to be in the menu. I also want there to be a money amount and point amount in everyone's account. The Upgrades will also have percentages for getting 0.1- 1 point also just better percentage for the bigger numbers. Again i have all of these percentages with me. Instead of exchanging points for an upgrade they also have the choice to buy them via papal too.

This seems pretty basic, i have more details once you want to take the job. We can discuss a price too.
