I want to delete some users from my forum and i get this message

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare generatevalidationcode() (previously declared in /home/sepciler/public_html/forum/Sources/Subs-Members.php:1100) in /home/sepciler/public_html/forum/Sources/Subs-Members.php on line 1122

I attached the  Subs-Members.php
