database and some files not updated at 1.1.9 upgrade to 1.1.10

A just made the upgrade for the forum from 1.1.9 to 1.1.10. Automaticaly. Did not have any errors, it looks fine, but when looking in administration center at the details of the new version it look like some files (lots of them) are still at 1.1.9 version and even older (1.1.6, 1.1.4 etc).  1.1.9 was the first version installed, so I don't know why I have files with 1.1.4 version.
Can anybody explain what's wrong and what should I do?

The only error I get it's when I try to modify the smileys:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'LENGTH(code) DESC' at line 2

And it says that the database might need an upgrade as  the forum version is 1.1.10 and data base version is 1.1.9.

(the modification of the smileys works, but i get that error)

How do I fix this "ALTER TABLE smf_smileys ORDER BY LENGTH" error I am getting?
