Help with Modifying a theme Please =]

Hey, can anyone tell me how to remove the writing near the top that says things like "Hello Didds" and "Show unread topics" etc...? Is there any way? Also, is there a way to remove the "Info Center" at the bottom?...

What SMF version and theme are you using?

You are going to need to remove the coding from ./Themes/{your_theme}/index.template.php
and ./Themes/{your_theme}/boardindex.template.php
