when ever i try to access any profile i get this error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare mgallery() (previously declared in /Sources/Profile.php:3071) in /Sources/Profile.php on line 3101

That's an issue with the sm media gallery mod I am guessing. Looks like its probably re-declaring the same function twice. Post your /Sources/Profile.php or simply remove the duplicate function.

Try this one.  As RedOne stated you had duplicated some code.
