[3657] User Language

Hi,

I'm wondering if this is a bug (and maybe hoping it is so that we can have the language we want).  Whenever I try to change an individual user's language, I see English listed twice?  I was hoping to use Spanish for a critical user of our SMF but did not see it listed.  Could it be showing English twice instead of Spanish?  Please let me know.

One english might be latin and one might be in utf8 encoding.
You should usually only have one version installed depending on whether your forum is latin or utf8.

Although some automated installers like Fantastico seem to install loads of languages.

If Spanish is not installed then you can install the spanish language pack.
