You should be more specific in your posts.  You want the whole page to be increased a font size?  How much bigger?

For the most part, that will be done in the style.css of whatever theme you are using. And yes, being more specific as to which areas of your site you want to increase would help to nail down the specific bits and pieces in style.css.
