If you have access to the DB, you should be able to edit your user account manually to set yourself back as an admin.

I would suggest that you remove his admin privileges completely once you gain access back to the ACP.

If you cannot trust those you are working with, then they should not have that kind of power, period.

What DB I have all the files through ftp that i can edit

You have to have access to the database in order for you to make the change.  That is done through PHPMyAdmin.  You can't change it in any file that you have access to via FTP.

If you table prefix in the database begins with SMF, then it will be 'smf_members', and look for 'id_group' under your username, and then set it to '1' for the group.  That will put you into a administrators account status.

There ya go! :)

Just make sure next time that you trust those who you give power to.  It will save you a lot of heartache in the long run.
