Profile Problem

Hi,

Good Day,

My Forum version was SMF 1.1.9... I Had a problem on Profile because When I Click on "Profile" the gender,age, location and local time is okay... but I the language field is my problem because when I go to "Forum Profile Information" there is no Language field... and one more question? is it possible that I could one more Fields on the Profile Information?

The language field only appears if you have more than one language installed on the forum.

As for the other field, what did you want to add? You probably want to install http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=319 though.

Moving to 1.x Support as this is SMF related.

I have another question can I hide the language feild? I think it is good for my forum just to hide it and I will create a new feild so they can fill out what dialect the are using...

Hiding it is only possible if you want to edit the template - the language displayed is the language they're using for the forum itself, not for their posts and so on.

Is this issue resolved now? If not and you just want to temporarily disable that field, you can do so by going to Admin > Features and Options and uncheck the option to allow your members to select the language. That should hide it from their profiles.
