Is this issue solved or do you still require assistance?  The error you are seeing is a template eval.  If you install this mod: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2054 it will give you the ability to turn the eval off from within your AdminCP. 

Clear the error log and then when the error happens, post it here so we can see exactly which file is causing it.

Oh not this one again. It's caused by people blindly copying blocks of code from multicolour themes (usually Dilber MC) without knowing what they are doing. Should be a capital offense.

This file should work.
