Send PM: Wrong Focus

It's not really a bug, but I think, in /forum/index.php?action=pm;sa=send, pressing the Tab key should bring the focus from the text box to the Send message button, not to the Save a copy in my outbox checkbox.

I'm not sure I agree. It is expected to be the closest selectable element, though I do see your point too.
I will reject this though.
