improve custom fields

Hi,
in smf 2.0 it's impossible to give an order to the created custom fields. Also it would be nice if you can create a text field(no input) to explain the fields to the user in the registration and let the user decide if the field should be public or secret.

They're in the order you specify them on the page, though I agree it could be useful to rearrange them.

Also it depends on the field as to whether it should be the user's choice. For example if the field were for some private registration id or something, I know I wouldn't even want to give the user the choice.
