Why happen  this?, and if is only a bug, becouse i see my forum how a phpbb?

It's only a bug in the converter, indeed, your forum has been completely converted over, please ignore this error.

but what i have to do after do this? i see my forum in a phpbb3 yet

There shouldn't be anything left for you to do, but browse your SMF installation and check it out, it should contain now the posts/members/etc, all data that was converted from phpbb3. Your phpbb3 installation should not have been modified, but the SMF installation should be updated with all its data.

Error  when i try enter in smf , but i can enter in phpbb3 yet without error.
