Increasing topic title length

I guess this issue is theme specific, for example in Themis (SMF 1.1.11) I have no such problem:

So I guess, the bar portion could be replaced with different, more pliable graphics?

Yes. It only affects Curve or themes that use the header bar code from Curve. Basically it would need to be recoded with extra spans, much like the roundframe areas or the post backgrounds. Of course the css would also need adjusting too. Not impossible by any means, it's just more messing around than we would have liked for a simple header bar.

Well, I think it is worth the trouble to have the default theme bullet-proof

But yeah, you're right. It's gonna be a bit messy though. Meh.
